Requirements
Provide high-level administrative support to 2–3 executives (calendar, communication, coordination).
Manage meetings, agendas, travel logistics, and expense tracking.
Support brand consistency across content, communications, and digital materials.
Edit and produce video content for internal and external use.
Collaborate on marketing and communications initiatives.
Assist with global travel coordination and event logistics.
Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and process documentation.
What You Bring:
Proven experience supporting senior executives.
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience in brand management or marketing support.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion or Trello.
Experience in business travel coordination or management is an advantage.
