Requirements

  • Provide high-level administrative support to 2–3 executives (calendar, communication, coordination).

  • Manage meetings, agendas, travel logistics, and expense tracking.

  • Support brand consistency across content, communications, and digital materials.

  • Edit and produce video content for internal and external use.

  • Collaborate on marketing and communications initiatives.

  • Assist with global travel coordination and event logistics.

  • Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and process documentation.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives.

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Experience in brand management or marketing support.

  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion or Trello.

  • Experience in business travel coordination or management is an advantage.
